Below are two photos of crocheted purple shawl I made to wear at Womongathering. I made mine in purple and another one for Mama Kelly's (her's was in light varigated shades of green, beige, and white). Both yarns used have a nice silver sparkle woven into them for a little hint of "magic."
We got lots of compliments on them. Who knows maybe we will make a few for and offer them for sale some time in the future. You can read all about awesome trip to Womongathering at 2 Witches Blog (tag: womon gathering)

Thanks Jaya! :)
Just hearing that you've been crocheting makes my fingers itch to get hold of some thread to make something!
Lady Skye Fyre - go for it, I always think an itch should be scratched :)
How gorgeous! I love to crochet as well.
Johanna - thank you for the compliment. I usually have at least one or two crochet projects going. :)
Ok...I love those and would love to know where you got the pattern! I'm a crocheter as well and would love to make one or two of them myself. :)
I'll see if I can find it for you Lady Amaranth - I know it's written down some where -- we've been doing a lot of sorting and cleaning so things are bit jumbled at the moment.
Such a beautiful shawl u have there!!!Luv it
Thanks Lady Rose. I know what you mean. I'm getting ready to do the same thing in my apartment. Time to start letting go of the things I just don't need or can't use.
I finished a couple of the shawls, although I've only taken photos of one. If you want to see my attempt at it, you can check my crochet blog. :) It's here on blogger, you can find it from my profile. :)
